The BREAD Framework — Breathe, Reduce, Environment, Active Movement, Deep Pressure — offers a clear, practical process to help children and young people stay regulated, ready to learn, and better able to cope with everyday demands.

This launch event is co-run by Ali Neal, Specialist OT and creator of School Sensory Solutions, and Laura Graham, Occupational Therapist.
Together, they created BREAD and will bring their combined experience to help you understand the power of BREAD and how to use it effectively in your setting.
Before the full course goes live, you are invited to a free Launch Party on Wednesday 21st January at 7pm where Ali and Laura will:
Introduce the full BREAD framework
Share real examples of how it works in classrooms and homes
Explain how it can be used universally, in targeted groups, and 1:1
Answer your questions live
Give you early access details before enrolment opens
Offer an exclusive 10% discount for anyone who joins the course via Silver or Gold membership within one week of the event
Whether you work in mainstream schools, specialist settings, EOTAS provision, or in homes, BREAD gives you a straightforward, solution-focused framework you can start using immediately.
Spaces are limited so the session can stay interactive.
The five steps of the BREAD process and why they work
How to spot dysregulation early and prevent escalation
Practical, solution-focused strategies that benefit almost every child
How the approach can fit alongside your current behaviour, SEN or inclusion systems
How to use BREAD both across whole settings and with specific pupils who need extra support
